Please note that all bookings for our floristry courses are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of the materials used in our courses—specifically, fresh flowers and other perishable items—we are unable to offer refunds once a booking is confirmed. These materials are purchased and prepared in advance based on confirmed attendee numbers to ensure the highest quality experience.

We appreciate your understanding and commitment when enrolling. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may contact us to discuss the possibility of transferring your place to another person, subject to approval and availability.

Please note that this floral workshop is a private session, tailored specifically for you or your group. It is not a public or group session open to general bookings. The price is PER PERSON in the group

Due to the seasonal and time-sensitive nature of floristry, dates may be limited or subject to change—especially around busy periods or special events. For this reason, all bookings must be confirmed over the phone before proceeding to payment.
